Sizzling Shrimp

For four servings you will need:

2 Tbsp olive oil
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into thin strips
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and cut into thin strips (can substitute green bell)
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp cumin
salt and pepper to taste

1.  Heat oil in wok or large skillet over high heat.
2.  Add shrimp and stir constantly for 3 minutes.
3.  Add peppers and continue cooking until shrimp are cooked through, about 3 minutes
4.  Add garlic, cumin, salt and pepper and stir to combine.

We serve this with steamed garlic drizzled with olive oil and a little lemon juice.
